What is a Murder Mystery Event?

Get excited sleuths, you are in for a wild ride! A Murder Mystery Event brings you and a group of other amateur gumshoes to a historic or boutique hotel property to solve a Murder Mystery. Each weekend long event starts on Friday evening and ends the following Sunday morning.

What Should I Expect?

Each event starts on Friday evening with a cocktail reception, during which one of your fellow guests may turn up “dead.” As the mystery unravels, you will discover clues, visit crime scenes, track down leads, and watch as other sleuths, suspects, and others drop like flies around you…

During each meal, the mystery will thicken. You will have ample time to explore the surrounding area at your leisure in between/after meal times, although you may want to spend some time getting to know the other suspects (guests).

The mystery wraps up during Sunday brunch, when your answers to the mystery will be revealed, along with the solution. Winners will receive a small prize at the end of the event.

TL;DR: Expect the unexpected.

What is Included in the Weekend?

When you sign up for an Enigma Mysteries event, your reservation includes a two night hotel stay at the selected historic or boutique hotel, hors d’oeuvres on Friday night, all meals on Saturday, and Sunday brunch. It also gives you access to the Murder Mystery event, and the opportunity to solve the mystery!
